Return and Refund Policy
Thanks for shopping at MGV Photography
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, I am here to help resolve your concerns quickly and efficiently.
You have 30 calendar days to inform me of any damage or defective product received by the shipment service selected to receive a replacement
cake(s) or a full refund from the date you received it.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once the order is placed it is covered under the buyer and seller protection policies under Paypal. Once I have received the request, I will immediately generate a refund and you will be notified of the status of your refund, issued confirmation of monies to be returned, and tracking number or reference ID.
If you dispute any charge on your invoice for which you paid you my open a dispute which will begin the reUpon completion of an investigation by merchants, I will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) or immediately dispatch a replacement purchase. You will receive the credit within 7 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies, or you will receive a replacement product within 2‐3 business days via FedEx.
I will ship your replacement product(s) free of charge via FedEx.
